The Trial Balance report allows you to print balances and/or detail for each account. If an account is marked for renewal, this report assumes that the renewal occurs. If the account record is not marked for renewal, the trial balance report excludes that account from interest calculation at the appropriate time.

There are several options available in the in Filters area:
•Date: Select the date range from which you want to view account information. Additional date filters may appear depending on what option you choose.
•Inception Date: Select the inception date range from which you want to view account information. Additional date filters may appear depending on what option you choose.
•Group: Select the group(s) from which you wish to view account information.
•Account Type: Select the account type from which you wish to display unposted transactions.
•Depositor: Select one or more individuals on which to report from the drop-down.
On the Options tab select the Report Format:
•Detail: This option displays a report including the depositor, account information, beginning and ending balances, interest, and all detail transactions for each account. Report totals are also included on the last page.
•Summary: This option displays a report including the depositor, account information, beginning and ending balances, deposits, and interest for each account. Report totals are also included on the last page.
•Columnar: This option displays a report including the following columns for each account: Account #, Name, Beginning Balance, Deposits, Withdrawals, Adjustments, Subtotal, Interest, Unposted Interest, and Ending Balance. Report totals are also included on the last page.
There are also several Report Options:
•Print Totals Per Rate: This option breaks the report down by interest rate, which can be browsed using left-side navigation.
•Order By Account Type: This option breaks the report down by account type, which can be browsed using left-side navigation.
•Show Setup Information (not available on Columnar report format)
•Include Notes (not available on Columnar report format)
•Include Customer Address And Phone (not available on Columnar report format)
•Include Inactive Accounts
Click the Run Report button to generate a preview of the report.
•Click the Clear Preferences link to reset all of your report preferences to their default values.
•Click the Close Report button to return to the dashboard.
