Account Type Information

Modify Account Type Information for Loan Processing allows you to add and edit available Account Types. Account types allow you to organize your loans. The grid displays existing account types. Double-click an existing account type or click the Edit  icon to edit or click Add New Type. Enter the Description and click the Apply button to save the type and start entering a new type (this option is only available when adding a new group), the Update or OK button to save the account type and return to the grid or the Cancel link to return to the grid without saving changes. Click the Delete  icon by any account type to be prompted to delete it. You can only delete account types that are not in use.


The Combine option is available on every Edit window and allows you to delete the account type you are currently viewing. This option changes all related records to the account type selected in the Combine With drop-down list that appears when Combine is selected. This cannot be undone.
